Presidential Election

Pertaining to our presidential election it seems as though the candidates do not make their position clear on the subject of affirmative action. McCain seems to be in favor of it but some of his actions are questionable, such as removing this policy from a place in Arizona where he felt the people would be more equal without the use of affirmative action. McCain feels that although he might have had situations where he was forced to change his position he did the right thing. In the case of presidential candidate Obama although he is in favor of affirmative action he does not believe that it will have long term effects. He feels that much more would have to be done if fifty percent of African Americans and Latinos are dropping out of high school.Personally I believe that both candidates are being very indecisive and if they are going to support one side or the other they should do so whole heartedly.
